In-person Attendance Update - Aug 26, 2020

In-person seating is available by advanced reservation only.

There is seating available in the Church Building as well as the Activity Centre. Seats are limited and must be assigned ahead of time, so we need you to reserve your seat(s) each week you plan to attend. When reserving you seat:

  • Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Indicate how many people will be attending (including children)
  • Indicate which space you would prefer to be seated in. If your preferred space is not available, you will be contacted.

In addition to your reservation, we ask that you keep the following things in mind when deciding to attend an in-person service.

  • If you, or any member of you household, are experiencing symptoms of illness, please stay home and enjoy the service via YouTube.
  • We are asking that everyone attending in person make use of the hand sanitizer that is available at each entry / exit door of the church buildings as well as by each of the washrooms.
  • Masks are now required when visiting with others before or after the service and while you are moving to and from your seats.
    • Children 5 and under are not required to wear masks.
    • Once you have reached your seat, and can maintain that 6 foot distance, masks may be removed for the duration of the service until such time as you leave the row in which you are seated at which point masks are once again necessary.

Thank you for your attention to these changes.

New Service Options - July 6, 2020

An update regarding changes to our service options! Please take a moment to read through the entire message.
Sanctuary and Activity Center:
-We are now able to have up to 40 people inside the Sanctuary and up to another 30 inside the Activity Center.
-The service will be projected into the Activity Center so people will be able to both view / participate in the service from that building.
-We are required to use separate doors for entry and exit of the buildings. The entry door for the Sanctuary will be the NE door while the exit will be the S facing door. For the Activity Center entry will be by the SE door while exit will be by the SW door.
-Two ushers will be on hand at each entry door. Please wait to be seated by one of our ushers as we need to maintain a 2m distancing in our seating arrangements.
-Hand sanitizer stations are set up by each door. Please be sure to use them upon entry and exit of the building.
-Seats can be reserved each week by e-mailing Pastor Tim.  Those without reservations are welcome to join us but please know that seating will be dependent on seat availability.  Once we have reached capacity in one of our buildings we will be directing people to the other one. Once both buildings are at capacity people will be invited to take in our service via vehicle radio in our parking lot.
Parking Lot:
-The service can be listened to on your vehicle radio on 101.7 FM.
-Those participating from the parking lot must either remain in their vehicles or be seated outside on the left hand side of their vehicle only. If planning to sit outside your vehicle you are encouraged to bring a lawn chair for comfort.
-A minimum 2m distancing must be maintained between vehicles and between individuals.
-Vehicle windows may be opened but doors are to remain closed.
-We will be continuing to stream our services via YouTube so you can still take in the service from your own home.
Important Notes:
-We are NOT able to use the play structure or sports field areas during our service.
-We will NOT be collecting a physical offering during our service. Instead, we encourage people to continue making their offerings as they have in recent weeks - via e-transfer, etc. or by utilizing the donation box set up in the Activity Center.
-Due to on-going social distancing requirements we are NOT able to provide Sunday School classes at this time as we just don't have the required spacing available.
-Those who are ill, have been travelling outside of Manitoba within the last two weeks, or who have been in contact with someone who has been confirmed to have COVID-19, are asked to stay home and take in our service via livestream.
In Conclusion:
While many restrictions remain in place, we are encouraged that we are able to begin meeting again even in a limited capacity.
We look forward to the day though when we can all meet together under one roof as we worship the Lord!
As restrictions are eased in the weeks to come we will keep you informed as to what that means for us as a church.
Please pass this information on to those who do not have internet access.
Thank you for your continued understanding and faithfulness as we navigate these unusual times together!
Pastor Tim

How To Find Us ...

We’re located about 10 minutes south east of Dauphin. From highway 5, between Dauphin and Ochre River, you will follow the sign for Dauphin Bible Camp and then, once on the gravel, you will take your first left following the sign for Parkside or "AWANA" and you will see the church on the left side of the road.
